Refund, Cancellation & Subscription Policy

Effective Date: September 14, 2026

This Refund, Cancellation & Subscription Policy (“Policy”) applies to paid subscriptions, plans, add-ons, upgrades, premium features, promotional offers, free trials, and other paid digital services offered through ZoneWatch, including the ZoneWatch website, web application, iOS application, Android application, and other authorized ZoneWatch platforms.

For purposes of this Policy, “ZoneWatch,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to ZoneWatch and the legal entity operating ZoneWatch as identified in the applicable Terms of Service.

By purchasing, activating, renewing, upgrading, or continuing to use a paid ZoneWatch subscription, you agree to this Policy in addition to the ZoneWatch Terms of Service and any terms presented to you at checkout.

Where applicable law, Apple, Google Play, or another authorized billing platform provides rights that cannot legally be waived or limited by this Policy, those rights will control.

1. GENERAL REFUND POLICY

Except where required by applicable law or expressly approved by ZoneWatch in its sole discretion, all subscription payments, renewal payments, add-on charges, upgrades, and other paid digital-service charges are final and non-refundable once processed.

ZoneWatch does not provide automatic refunds, credits, or prorated refunds simply because a subscriber:

does not use the service;

uses the service only briefly;

changes their mind;

no longer wants the service;

forgets to cancel;

does not recognize an expected renewal;

cancels after a renewal has already been processed;

does not use all available features;

does not use the service for the entire billing period;

purchases the wrong plan or add-on;

fails to cancel a free trial before it converts to a paid subscription;

finds another weather service they prefer;

no longer needs a weather product after a particular weather event has ended; or

experiences circumstances otherwise covered by this Policy.

Cancellation prevents future renewals. Cancellation does not reverse a payment that has already been processed.

No refund or credit is owed for unused portions of a monthly, annual, promotional, discounted, bundled, or other subscription period unless required by applicable law.

2. NO REFUNDS BASED ON WEATHER OUTCOMES

ZoneWatch provides weather information, forecasts, analysis, radar data, forecast-model data, detection products, alerts, risk products, and related meteorological services.

Weather is inherently uncertain and may change rapidly.

A subscription payment is for access to ZoneWatch services and technology, not for a guarantee that any particular storm, hazard, forecast, alert, risk level, or weather event will occur.

Accordingly, a subscriber is not entitled to a refund because:

a storm weakens, strengthens, changes direction, speeds up, slows down, or dissipates;

a predicted storm or weather event does not develop;

rainfall, snowfall, wind, hail, lightning, flooding, tornadoes, or other conditions differ from expectations;

a forecast changes after new data becomes available;

a forecast model changes substantially between runs;

different forecast models disagree;

an alert, risk level, forecast, or analysis is later modified, downgraded, upgraded, replaced, or canceled;

a severe-weather risk does not verify;

a subscriber’s location is not ultimately affected by an anticipated event; or

the subscriber disagrees with a meteorological assessment, forecast, risk level, or analysis.

Forecast evolution is a normal part of meteorology and does not constitute a defect in the ZoneWatch service.

3. EVENT-BASED SUBSCRIPTIONS AND “STORM CHURNING”

ZoneWatch subscriptions are not event tickets.

A subscriber who purchases or activates ZoneWatch in connection with a hurricane, tornado threat, severe-weather outbreak, wildfire-weather event, flood event, winter storm, snowstorm, thunderstorm event, travel event, marine event, or any other anticipated weather condition is purchasing access to the applicable ZoneWatch subscription service for the entire billing period.

The conclusion, weakening, cancellation, or passage of that weather event does not create a right to a refund.

A subscriber may cancel future renewal immediately after the event if desired, but the current subscription period remains non-refundable except where otherwise required by law.

Using ZoneWatch for a specific weather event and subsequently requesting a refund because the event has ended, changed, or failed to occur does not qualify for a refund.

4. SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION

ZoneWatch subscriptions may be canceled at any time through the cancellation method applicable to the platform through which the subscription was purchased.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, cancellation becomes effective at the end of the subscriber’s then-current paid billing period.

The subscriber will generally retain access to the applicable paid features until that period expires.

No additional renewal charge will be initiated by ZoneWatch after a properly completed cancellation becomes effective, except for charges already authorized, pending, or processed before cancellation.

A cancellation is effective only when it has been successfully completed through the applicable subscription-management system.

Beginning a cancellation process without completing it does not constitute cancellation.

Contacting ZoneWatch with a general question about a subscription does not constitute cancellation unless ZoneWatch expressly confirms that the subscription has been canceled.

5. DELETING OR UNINSTALLING ZONEWATCH DOES NOT NECESSARILY CANCEL A SUBSCRIPTION

Deleting the ZoneWatch mobile application does not cancel a subscription.

Logging out of ZoneWatch does not cancel a subscription.

Disabling notifications does not cancel a subscription.

Stopping use of ZoneWatch does not cancel a subscription.

Deleting a device does not cancel a subscription.

Changing phones, tablets, computers, email addresses, or ZoneWatch account credentials does not automatically cancel a subscription.

Where a subscription is billed through Apple or Google Play, deleting a ZoneWatch account may not cancel the underlying subscription administered by Apple or Google.

Subscribers remain responsible for properly canceling through the applicable billing platform.

6. AUTOMATIC RENEWAL

Unless otherwise expressly stated during checkout, recurring ZoneWatch subscriptions automatically renew until canceled.

By purchasing an automatically renewing subscription, the subscriber authorizes the applicable billing provider to charge the disclosed subscription price, plus applicable taxes, at each renewal interval until cancellation.

The subscription price, billing frequency, trial terms if applicable, and renewal terms will be disclosed during enrollment as required by applicable law and platform rules.

Subscribers must cancel before the next renewal is processed to avoid the next charge.

ZoneWatch will provide renewal notices, annual reminders, trial-expiration notices, price-change notices, and other disclosures when required by applicable law.

7. MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTIONS

Monthly subscriptions renew at the applicable monthly rate until canceled.

Canceling during a monthly billing period prevents future renewals but does not ordinarily produce a refund or prorated credit for the remaining portion of that month.

A subscriber who uses the service for one day, one week, or any other portion of the month remains responsible for the full monthly subscription charge.

8. ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTIONS

Annual subscriptions provide access for the applicable annual subscription period and may be offered at a discounted effective monthly price compared with month-to-month billing.

An annual subscription is not converted into twelve separate monthly purchases.

Canceling an annual subscription normally prevents the next annual renewal but does not divide the existing annual purchase into refundable monthly portions.

Except where required by applicable law or expressly approved by ZoneWatch, annual subscription payments are not refundable or prorated based on the amount of time remaining in the subscription year.

9. FREE TRIALS

ZoneWatch may offer free trials or other introductory periods.

The duration of the trial, the subscription that will begin after the trial, the price, and the applicable billing frequency will be disclosed when the subscriber enrolls.

Unless otherwise stated, a free trial automatically converts to the selected paid subscription if it is not canceled before the trial expires.

The subscriber is responsible for canceling before the applicable deadline if they do not wish to become a paying subscriber.

Forgetting to cancel a trial does not automatically create a right to a refund after the paid subscription begins.

ZoneWatch may nevertheless grant an exception where required by law or at ZoneWatch’s discretion.

ZoneWatch may limit free trials to eligible new subscribers and may prevent repeated, duplicate, abusive, fraudulent, or otherwise unauthorized use of free-trial promotions.

Creating multiple accounts, using different email addresses, payment methods, devices, or identities to improperly obtain repeated new-customer trials may result in loss of promotional eligibility or account action consistent with applicable law.

10. PROMOTIONS, COUPONS AND DISCOUNTS

Promotional pricing, coupons, introductory rates, loyalty offers, retention offers, free months, trial periods, and other discounts may have separate eligibility requirements.

Unless otherwise expressly stated, promotional pricing applies only for the period described in the applicable offer.

When the promotional period expires, the subscription may renew at the then-disclosed regular price.

The expiration of a promotion does not create a right to continue receiving the promotional price indefinitely.

Promotional offers generally have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash.

11. ZONEWATCH PREMIUM, PRO, THREATNET AND ADD-ONS

This Policy applies independently to each paid ZoneWatch subscription, tier, package, add-on, product bundle, or premium feature unless different terms are expressly disclosed when purchased.

Purchasing an add-on does not make the subscriber eligible for a refund of the underlying ZoneWatch subscription.

Similarly, canceling or removing an add-on does not automatically cancel the subscriber’s base ZoneWatch subscription.

Where the applicable billing platform technically combines the base subscription and add-ons into a single subscription, cancellation and refund treatment may instead be controlled by that platform’s billing system.

Subscribers should review the subscription-management screen carefully before confirming changes.

12. UPGRADES

If a subscriber upgrades to a higher-priced ZoneWatch subscription, package, or add-on, the timing and amount of any immediate charge, credit, proration, or billing-cycle adjustment may depend on the subscriber’s billing platform.

An upgrade does not create a right to refund amounts previously paid for the lower-tier subscription.

Any platform-generated credit or proration will be governed by the rules of the applicable billing platform.

13. DOWNGRADES

A request to downgrade normally applies beginning with the next applicable billing period unless the applicable billing platform specifies otherwise.

Downgrading does not ordinarily create a refund or cash credit for the difference between subscription tiers during an already-paid billing period.

Features that are not included in the new plan may become unavailable when the downgrade takes effect.

14. FEATURE CHANGES

ZoneWatch is an evolving technology platform.

ZoneWatch may add, remove, redesign, replace, rename, combine, improve, discontinue, or modify features, data products, interfaces, radar products, forecast products, model products, alerts, algorithms, subscription benefits, or supported platforms from time to time.

A reasonable modification to the service does not automatically create a right to a refund.

If a material change creates a refund, cancellation, notice, or other right under applicable law, ZoneWatch will honor that right.

15. RADAR, FORECAST MODEL AND WEATHER DATA AVAILABILITY

ZoneWatch relies partly on external weather observations, government data systems, radar systems, numerical weather prediction models, satellites, lightning networks, telecommunications systems, third-party APIs, hosting providers, cloud providers, mapping providers, and other infrastructure.

Weather data may occasionally be delayed, unavailable, incomplete, corrected, replaced, revised, or temporarily interrupted.

A temporary delay or outage involving an individual radar, model run, forecast product, map layer, observation, data feed, or third-party provider does not automatically entitle a subscriber to a refund.

ZoneWatch does not guarantee that every weather-data source, radar station, model, product, layer, or observation will be available continuously or without interruption.

16. TECHNICAL INTERRUPTIONS

ZoneWatch endeavors to maintain reliable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation.

Temporary interruptions resulting from maintenance, software bugs, deployment issues, device incompatibilities, operating-system changes, cloud failures, internet outages, telecommunications failures, third-party outages, API failures, excessive demand, cybersecurity events, government data interruptions, force majeure, or circumstances outside ZoneWatch’s reasonable control generally do not qualify for refunds.

If a substantial ZoneWatch-controlled technical failure prevents a subscriber from accessing a material portion of the paid service for an extended period, ZoneWatch may, in its discretion, provide an account credit, service extension, partial refund, full refund, or another appropriate remedy.

Nothing in this section eliminates rights that cannot legally be waived.

17. PUSH NOTIFICATIONS AND ALERT DELIVERY

ZoneWatch may provide push notifications, weather alerts, detection alerts, risk notifications, lightning notifications, forecast notifications, or similar communications.

Notification delivery depends on systems that may include the subscriber’s device, operating system, notification permissions, Focus or Do Not Disturb settings, battery-management settings, network connection, cellular provider, internet provider, Apple Push Notification Service, Google notification infrastructure, third-party services, and other technology.

ZoneWatch does not guarantee that every notification will be delivered, delivered immediately, delivered in chronological order, or received before a weather condition occurs.

Failure to receive a particular notification does not automatically entitle a subscriber to a refund.

ZoneWatch should never be relied upon as the subscriber’s sole source of emergency information.

Users should follow official watches, warnings, evacuation instructions, emergency alerts, and instructions issued by government and emergency-management authorities.

18. LOCATION-BASED SERVICES

Some ZoneWatch services depend on a subscriber’s selected location, saved locations, geographic area, device location, region configuration, or notification preferences.

The subscriber is responsible for maintaining appropriate location and notification settings.

Alerts or forecasts associated with an incorrect, outdated, unavailable, manually entered, or disabled location do not automatically qualify a subscription for a refund.

19. DEVICE AND SOFTWARE COMPATIBILITY

Subscribers are responsible for using supported devices, operating systems, browsers, internet connections, and software versions.

ZoneWatch does not guarantee indefinite compatibility with obsolete devices, unsupported operating systems, jailbroken or rooted devices, modified software environments, unsupported browsers, beta operating systems, or configurations outside ZoneWatch’s supported environment.

A subscriber’s device-specific or local compatibility issue does not automatically create refund eligibility unless otherwise required by applicable law.

20. APPLE APP STORE SUBSCRIPTIONS

Subscriptions purchased through Apple’s App Store are billed and administered by Apple.

Subscribers must manage App Store subscriptions through the Apple subscription-management system.

Apple determines eligibility for refunds that are requested through Apple’s refund process under Apple’s applicable policies and legal obligations.

ZoneWatch cannot guarantee, compel, or promise that Apple will approve or deny a particular refund request.

Where Apple issues a refund independently, Apple’s determination and platform rules will apply.

Cancellation of an Apple-billed subscription prevents future renewal according to Apple’s applicable subscription rules but does not itself guarantee a refund for the current subscription period.

21. GOOGLE PLAY SUBSCRIPTIONS

Subscriptions purchased through Google Play are billed and administered through Google Play.

Subscribers must manage applicable subscriptions through their Google Play subscription settings.

Google may determine eligibility for certain refunds under Google Play’s own policies and applicable law.

Where Google directs a subscriber to ZoneWatch for a refund decision, ZoneWatch will apply this Policy together with applicable law and Google Play requirements.

Cancellation ordinarily prevents future renewal but does not itself create a refund for the current billing period unless required by applicable law or otherwise provided by Google or ZoneWatch.

22. DIRECT WEBSITE SUBSCRIPTIONS

Subscriptions purchased directly through the ZoneWatch website are subject to this Policy and the applicable checkout terms.

Unless required by applicable law or approved by ZoneWatch in its discretion, direct website subscription payments are non-refundable after processing.

Subscribers may cancel an eligible web subscription through the online subscription-management method provided by ZoneWatch.

Cancellation prevents future renewal but does not ordinarily refund the current billing period.

23. THIRD-PARTY PAYMENT PROCESSORS

ZoneWatch may use third-party payment processors to collect subscription payments.

Payment processing failures, authorization holds, banking delays, card issuer decisions, currency-conversion charges, foreign transaction fees, overdraft fees, or other charges imposed independently by a subscriber’s bank, card issuer, payment provider, or financial institution are not charges imposed by ZoneWatch and ordinarily will not be reimbursed by ZoneWatch.

24. FAILED PAYMENTS, BILLING RETRIES AND GRACE PERIODS

If a subscription renewal payment fails, ZoneWatch or the applicable billing platform may retry the payment in accordance with the platform’s rules and applicable law.

A subscriber may temporarily retain access during a payment-recovery or grace period.

Access during a grace period does not waive the obligation to pay an otherwise valid renewal charge.

If payment cannot ultimately be collected, access to paid features may be limited, suspended, or terminated.

25. DUPLICATE SUBSCRIPTIONS

Subscribers are responsible for reviewing their active subscriptions, particularly when purchasing ZoneWatch through multiple platforms.

Purchasing separate subscriptions through the website, Apple App Store, Google Play, or multiple user accounts may result in more than one active subscription.

The existence of multiple subscriptions does not automatically establish that a billing error occurred.

However, ZoneWatch may review legitimate duplicate-subscription situations and may issue an adjustment where appropriate, where technically possible, or where required by law.

ZoneWatch cannot guarantee that it can refund transactions controlled exclusively by Apple, Google, or another third-party billing provider.

26. ACCIDENTAL PURCHASES

An accidental purchase does not automatically qualify for a refund.

ZoneWatch may review accidental-purchase requests on a case-by-case basis.

Factors may include the timing of the request, whether the service was materially used, prior refund history, circumstances surrounding the purchase, applicable platform rules, and applicable law.

No approval of an accidental-purchase refund creates a continuing right to receive similar refunds in the future.

27. BILLING ERRORS

Subscribers who reasonably believe that ZoneWatch charged an incorrect amount should contact ZoneWatch support as soon as practical.

If ZoneWatch confirms that a direct billing error occurred, ZoneWatch may correct the charge, refund the erroneous amount, provide an account credit, or take another appropriate corrective action.

A legitimate correction of a billing error is separate from a discretionary refund.

28. UNAUTHORIZED TRANSACTIONS

Subscribers should promptly report suspected unauthorized transactions to the applicable billing provider and ZoneWatch.

ZoneWatch may investigate requests relating to direct website transactions and may request reasonable information necessary to verify the transaction.

Apple-billed transactions may need to be addressed through Apple.

Google Play transactions may need to be addressed through Google.

Nothing in this Policy restricts a consumer’s lawful rights regarding genuinely unauthorized transactions.

29. REFUND ABUSE

ZoneWatch reserves the right, to the extent permitted by law, to deny discretionary refunds or restrict promotional eligibility where there is evidence of refund abuse, trial abuse, repeated subscribe-use-refund behavior, fraudulent claims, manipulation of promotional offers, or other abusive activity.

This provision does not prevent subscribers from exercising legitimate rights under applicable law or disputing genuinely unauthorized or incorrect charges.

30. CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES

If a subscriber believes a charge is incorrect, ZoneWatch encourages the subscriber to contact ZoneWatch or the applicable billing provider so the issue can be reviewed.

Nothing in this Policy prohibits a subscriber from exercising a lawful right to dispute an unauthorized or genuinely improper transaction.

However, knowingly submitting false information in connection with a payment dispute, falsely representing an authorized transaction as unauthorized, or otherwise engaging in payment fraud may result in suspension or termination of access where permitted by law.

ZoneWatch may provide billing records, subscription records, account-access records, cancellation records, acceptance records, and other relevant transaction information to payment processors, card networks, financial institutions, or dispute-resolution providers in connection with a payment dispute, consistent with applicable law and ZoneWatch’s Privacy Policy.

31. ACCOUNT SUSPENSION OR TERMINATION FOR VIOLATIONS

If ZoneWatch suspends or terminates an account because of fraud, abuse, prohibited conduct, violation of the Terms of Service, misuse of the service, attempted circumvention of subscription restrictions, unauthorized redistribution, account sharing where prohibited, reverse engineering, or other material violations, the subscriber is not automatically entitled to a refund for the remaining subscription period.

Any legally required refund rights remain unaffected.

32. SUBSCRIBER-INITIATED ACCOUNT DELETION

Deleting a ZoneWatch account may permanently remove account information, saved locations, preferences, and other information according to ZoneWatch’s Privacy Policy and applicable law.

Account deletion and subscription cancellation are not necessarily the same action.

Subscribers with an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription must ensure that the corresponding platform subscription is canceled separately where required.

ZoneWatch is not responsible for an otherwise valid renewal processed by a third-party platform solely because the subscriber deleted their ZoneWatch account without canceling the platform subscription.

33. REFUND EFFECT ON ACCESS

If ZoneWatch, Apple, Google, a payment processor, or another authorized billing provider issues a full refund for a subscription transaction, ZoneWatch may terminate access to the corresponding paid subscription, feature, product, add-on, or subscription period.

A subscriber may not receive both a full refund and continued paid access to the refunded service unless ZoneWatch expressly authorizes otherwise or applicable law requires it.

If a payment is reversed, charged back, refunded, canceled, or otherwise invalidated, ZoneWatch may adjust the associated subscription entitlement accordingly.

34. SERVICE CREDITS

Any discretionary subscription credit, free extension, promotional credit, complimentary access period, refund, or other accommodation provided by ZoneWatch is a customer-service adjustment unless expressly stated otherwise.

Providing such an accommodation does not constitute an admission of liability or service failure and does not establish an obligation to provide the same accommodation in another situation.

35. TAXES AND CURRENCY

Subscription prices may be subject to applicable sales tax, use tax, VAT, GST, or similar taxes.

Taxes may vary based on location and applicable law.

Where purchases are processed through Apple, Google, or another billing provider, that provider may calculate, collect, or remit applicable taxes.

Exchange-rate differences, currency-conversion charges, and foreign transaction fees imposed by financial institutions are not refundable by ZoneWatch unless ZoneWatch was responsible for the incorrect charge.

36. PRICE CHANGES

ZoneWatch may change subscription, add-on, or package pricing from time to time.

Existing subscribers will receive notice and any consent opportunity required by applicable law or the applicable billing platform before a new recurring price becomes effective.

Continuing a subscription after a properly disclosed price change takes effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by applicable law.

A subscriber who does not wish to continue at the new price should cancel before the new price becomes effective.

37. CHANGES IN INCLUDED PRODUCTS OR DATA SOURCES

ZoneWatch does not guarantee that a subscription will permanently include every specific radar layer, numerical model, algorithm, weather-data provider, visualization, map style, forecast product, or technical implementation that existed when the subscription was originally purchased.

ZoneWatch may replace a product or data source with a comparable or improved product, modify its presentation, or discontinue a feature when reasonably necessary for technical, scientific, licensing, operational, security, or business reasons.

Such changes do not automatically create refund eligibility unless applicable law provides otherwise.

38. WEATHER INFORMATION IS NOT AN EMERGENCY SERVICE

ZoneWatch is an informational weather technology platform.

ZoneWatch is not a governmental warning agency, emergency dispatch system, emergency communications service, first responder, or replacement for official emergency notifications.

Subscribers should maintain access to official government weather warnings, Wireless Emergency Alerts, emergency-management instructions, evacuation orders, and other authoritative safety information.

ZoneWatch makes no promise that use of its service will prevent injury, death, property damage, travel disruption, business loss, or other consequences of weather.

Subscription fees are not insurance premiums and do not transfer weather-related risk to ZoneWatch.

39. REFUND REQUEST REVIEW

Where ZoneWatch has authority over the relevant transaction, it may review exceptional refund requests.

ZoneWatch may consider factors including the circumstances of the transaction, time elapsed since purchase, material use of paid services, technical history, account history, prior refunds, billing records, promotional terms, suspected fraud or abuse, and applicable law.

ZoneWatch may approve or deny discretionary requests in its reasonable discretion.

Possible remedies may include a full refund, partial refund, account credit, service extension, replacement subscription period, or no adjustment.

A discretionary refund granted once does not establish a precedent or contractual entitlement to future refunds.

40. NO IMPLIED REFUND RIGHTS

A statement by customer support, a goodwill credit, technical troubleshooting assistance, temporary service extension, promotional offer, isolated refund, or other accommodation does not modify this Policy unless ZoneWatch expressly confirms the modification in writing by an authorized representative.

A failure to enforce one provision of this Policy in one instance does not constitute a waiver of that provision in another instance.

41. RIGHTS REQUIRED BY LAW

Nothing in this Policy is intended to waive or restrict any consumer right that cannot lawfully be waived.

If applicable federal, state, local, or international law grants a subscriber a mandatory cancellation, withdrawal, refund, cooling-off, or similar right, ZoneWatch will honor that right notwithstanding any contrary provision of this Policy.

To the extent a provision of this Policy conflicts with a mandatory legal requirement, the mandatory legal requirement controls only to the extent of that conflict.

The remaining provisions continue to apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.

42. PLATFORM RULES

For subscriptions processed by Apple, Google Play, or another authorized application marketplace or billing platform, applicable platform terms may govern certain billing, cancellation, refund, proration, and subscription-management matters.

If a platform has exclusive control over a particular transaction or refund decision, ZoneWatch cannot override the platform’s decision.

The existence of a platform refund process does not mean that every purchase is eligible for a refund.

43. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

ZoneWatch may update this Policy from time to time to reflect changes in subscription offerings, billing systems, platform requirements, laws, regulations, technical operations, or business practices.

Changes will apply prospectively unless applicable law permits or requires otherwise.

Where legally required, ZoneWatch will provide appropriate notice before a material change becomes effective.

The version posted by ZoneWatch and identified by its effective or updated date will constitute the current version of this Policy.

44. CONTACT AND BILLING SUPPORT

Subscribers experiencing a billing issue should contact ZoneWatch through the customer-support method published on the ZoneWatch website or within the ZoneWatch application.

For purchases billed directly by Apple or Google, subscribers may also be required to use the applicable platform’s billing or refund system.

When contacting ZoneWatch regarding a billing matter, subscribers may be asked to provide reasonable information necessary to identify the transaction, such as the ZoneWatch account email, transaction date, subscription type, order identifier, or billing platform.

Subscribers should never send complete credit-card numbers or account passwords to ZoneWatch support.

45. ACKNOWLEDGMENT

By purchasing or activating a ZoneWatch paid subscription, the subscriber acknowledges that:

the subscription provides access to digital weather services rather than a guarantee of any particular weather outcome;

weather forecasts, models, alerts, detection products, and risk assessments may change;

temporary interruptions or individual data-source outages may occur;

the subscription may automatically renew until properly canceled;

cancellation normally prevents future renewal rather than refunding an already-paid period;

paid subscription fees are generally non-refundable except as expressly provided in this Policy or required by law;

Apple and Google may control certain billing and refund decisions for purchases processed through their platforms; and

ZoneWatch is supplemental weather information and is not a replacement for official government warnings or emergency instructions.

By completing a subscription purchase, the subscriber confirms acceptance of the subscription terms presented at checkout and this Refund, Cancellation & Subscription Policy.
